Let yourself be moved
With a Degree in Literature, Art and Business Management, as a former employee in a cozy little bookstore and freelance translator that I am today, it was only a matter of time until my body started reclaiming its presence in my life. Before I became a Yoga Teacher, all my work was intellect-based, constantly reading, craving input and stimulation through artistic concepts or well articulated words. That’s why, when I started practicing Yoga physically, I got to know a sense of flow and expression, that involved only my breath and my body. It was liberating! With time, I came to benefit from the inspiring fusion of an analytical mind and a body that was craving creative ways to move beyond words. Yoga helped me to broaden my horizon day by day and to compliment it with the traditional wisdom of intention, gratitude, compassion, ritual, stillness and much more.
Today I understand myself as an intuitive mover who is curious about what it means to us to feel, to show up, to be vulnerable and brave. To be authentic. We are challenged by deep conditioning, that leaves us with automatically executed patterns - emotionally and physically -, sensitive nervous systems, an inability to breathe, to own our emotions, to communicate efficiently and non violently or to feel our skin. Yet there is so much to discover. So many details every day that are worth connecting with. I am here to offer you a possibility of reclamation and empowerment that already lies within you - it might just need to be rediscovered.
My Yoga practice is inspired by:

I strongly believe in our potential to find balance, to love unconditionally and to live easefully - forever in awe with our inside and the outside world.
Through teaching I wish to enhance the power of community and do my part in creating a world in which we treat each other and ourselves with respect and integrity, compassion and gratitude.
